Not only are we TS 16949/ ISO9001: 2000 certified, but we revision control all tool drawings. We use various quality tools such as Control Plans, FMEAs, SPC and calibrated instruments to control, monitor and inspect the parts. Our list of inspection instruments is extensive and varied including having (4) Nikon Nexiv VMR CNC Video (Laser) Measuring Systems.
